  1. A local health organization is helping families faced with food insecurity before the holidays. Western Sky Community Approxconcerning says they lined up families two hours before Saturday’s event to receive bags of groceries to prepare a Thanksgiving meal. Western sky there will be another event around next saturday Lynn Middle School in The crosses from 10:00 a.m. (KRQE News 13)
  2. Local businesses came together on Saturday to celebrate the unity and community members who have supported them. Fifteen Midtown businesses donated hundreds of dollars in goods and services to raise funds for Petables, a local pet adoption group. (KRQE News 13)
  3. Residents from on Albuquerque Apartment complexes are without heating and hot water after a fire earlier this week. Now they want management to fix the problem. In addition, five apartments are uninhabitable because of the damage. (KOB)
