Balloon Fiesta files lawsuit against a similarly named balloon flight event in Tennessee

ALBUQUERQUE, NM – The Albuquerque International Balloon Fiesta has filed a lawsuit against a nonprofit in Tennessee over its balloon ride of the same name.

According to Albuquerque Business First, the Balloon Fiesta filed a lawsuit against The Bingham Group, a non-profit based in Knoxville, Tennessee, for its “Monroe Life Balloon Fiesta”.
