COVID Vaccination Clinic for Students on June 1

Students ages 5-11 are now eligible for the COVID-19 booster.

The New Mexico Department of Health is hosting a COVID-19 vaccination clinic for students on Wednesday, June 1, from 8:30 am to 3:30 pm at the Berna Facio Professional Development Complex, at the corner of Louisiana and Comanche.

First and second Pfizer COVID shots, plus boosters, will be available.

The FDA recently authorized the Pfizer COVID booster shot for children ages 5-11. The booster dose is available to children five months after completing their primary series of two shots.

Appointments are preferred for the shot clinic, although walk-ins are acceptable.
