District 7’s Mile-Hi Farmers’ Market Annual Opening — City of Albuquerque

June 24, 2022

District 7 City Councilor Tammy Fiebelkorn is excited to join her fellow neighbors to celebrate the opening of the annual Mile-Hi Farmers’ Market, this Sunday starting at 10am.

Everyone is invited to join in the fun. Booths with fruits, vegetables, burritos, baked goods, coffee, crafts, and more will be available. While shopping, the Nahalat Shalom Kelzmer band will entertain guests and invite participants to show off their summer dancing moves.

“The Mile-Hi neighborhood market is one of the most fun parts of summer. I hope everyone will join us on Sunday for a fun day of music, shopping, eating, and good company. This is one of those events that makes our District and Albuquerque special,” encouraged Councilor Fiebelkorn.

Fun for the whole family, the market is located at Alvarado Park and includes a playground for children. Dogs are welcome, but please remember to keep them on a leash. The farmers’ market will continue to be open every Sunday from June 26-September 25 of this year.
