Advisor Group says it has added an $800 million wealth management practice to its network.

The latest addition is IronBridge, which has eight wealth advisors and offices in Austin, Texas; West Palm Beach, Florida; Scottsdale, Arizona; Farmington, New Mexico; Windsor, Connecticut; Chicago and Salt Lake City, according to Advisor Group.

IrondBridge joins Advisor Group network firm SagePoint Financial, the company says.

“I believe we’ve created something special at IronBridge, but being good isn’t enough,” IronBridge partner Jim Martin said in a statement. “Our new relationship with SagePoint will allow us to continue to evolve and improve. It may sound audacious, but we believe we can change the industry, and SagePoint will help us do it.”

SagePoint has around 1,300 advisors across the US, according to Advisor Group.

Advisor Group’s network, which also includes FSC Securities, Royal Alliance Associates, Securities America, Triad Advisors and Woodbury Financial Services, represents around 9,700 financial advisors overseeing around $515 billion in client assets as of the end of 2021, Advisor Group says.

Last month, Advisor Group announced that it’s buying institutions-focused broker-dealer Infinex Financial Holdings, which has more than 230 community-based bank and credit union programs and more than 750 financial professionals overseeing around $30 billion in client assets.
