Isleta Amphitheater had a violent night

A cell phone video captured by a concert goer and shared with KOB 4 shows a fight erupting in the midst of the audience during the Dierks Bentley concert at the Isleta Amphitheater.

Another video shows a man on the ground being beaten up by other men in the parking lot after the concert.

MEPs arrested Joshua Romero, 24, and charged him with the attack on the parking lot.

According to a criminal complaint, Romero is one of 3 to 5 men who rushed the victim in the parking lot and “started throwing beer cans, bottles and beating him repeatedly”.

Court documents show that the victim was beaten so badly that he momentarily lost consciousness and bleeding from the head.

The criminal complaint said the victim and witnesses identified Romero as one of the attackers, “several of whom pointed to a stocky, mullet-haired person who was about 100 meters from our location and wearing khaki shorts”.

MPs arrested another man after another fight during the concert.

Court documents showed that 35-year-old Jeremy Lithgow was arrested for assaulting a police officer – after allegedly grabbing a deputy by the vest and pushing the deputy back as security escorted him out of the venue.

KOB 4 asked the site management to comment on the arrests, but received no response.
