JoJo Siwa DREAM The Tour is scheduled to come to Las Cruces in early 2022

LAS CRUCES – “It’s Time To Celebrate” in January when Nickelodeon’s JoJo Siwa DREAM The Tour stops in Las Cruces – has been postponed almost two years after the concert was canceled at the start of the COVID-19 pandemic.

Siwa was originally scheduled to perform at New Mexico State University’s Pan American Center on March 14, 2020. However, Governor Michelle Lujan Grisham announced the first suspected positive cases in New Mexico on March 11, 2020. Concerts and other mass gatherings were quickly postponed or canceled as home stay orders were placed.

Rage Against The Machine and Luke Combs were among the other late concerts.

NMSU’s Pan Am announced last week that Siwa’s Las Cruces stop had been postponed to 7 p.m. on January 26, 2022. This is their eighth tour date after starting January 13, 2022 in Spokane, Washington. The country group The Belles joins the popular teen actor.

This fall, Siwa competes in “Dancing with the Stars” with a same-sex partner. The 18-year-old internet superstar, made famous by the Dance Moms franchise, appeared publicly in January as a member of the LGBTQ community.
