ALBUQUERQUE, NM – A judge ruled Eddy Aragon can stay on the ballot in November’s mayoral election.
The decision was in response to a petition filed on August 31 by an Albuquerque voter. The petition asked the judge to get Bernalillo District Administrator Linda Stover to remove Aragon from voting because of his life situation.
