Man robbed two banks in Albuquerque in about 15 minutes

ALBUQUERQUE, NM (AP) – The FBI says the same man is believed to have robbed two Wells Fargo bank branches in Albuquerque in about 15 minutes early Monday afternoon and is suspected of four more bank robberies in Albuquerque in September and October.

According to the FBI, the suspect is described as white, in his thirties, about 1.5 meters tall and 73 kilograms, with black hair and a thin stature.

According to the FBI, he wore a blue sweater, a blue hat with a red brim and a mountain picture on a gold background, a blue surgical mask, gray gloves, blue jeans and dark shoes.

In both robberies, the suspect presented the cashiers with a payment order that handed over an unknown amount of money, the FBI said.

The man is suspected of robbing branches of the US Bank, Bank of the West and Wells Fargo in the first raids.
