Men from the US state of NM, Seattle U postpone the game to February 21

DENVER – The NM State men’s basketball team will travel to Seattle, Washington, a little later than originally planned this season.

NM State’s league game in Seattle U, announced by the Western Athletic Conference on Thursday afternoon, which was originally scheduled for Thursday, December 30, 2021, has been postponed to Monday, February 21, 2022. The notice at the Redhawk Center will persist at 8:00 p.m. MT that evening.

The announcement comes two days after the game was postponed due to COVID-19 logs as part of the Seattle U program.

NM State currently sits at 11-2 with the non-conference portion of its 2021-22 schedule on the books. The Aggies’ 11 wins are currently the most common of any WAC team, and they have won six games in a row. NM State is expected to return to court at the Pan American Center on Saturday afternoon at 4:00 p.m. to face Chicago State in the Aggies’ first ever WAC competition of the 2021-22 campaign.
