This happens on the corner of Osprey and De Vargas, on the far western edge of the city.
And the people who live in these houses fear that it is only a matter of time before videos like this one get a lot worse.
“It happens almost every day. All day, all night. Woke up from our sleep in the middle of the night,” said Bobby Garcia.
He said people get stuck in the corner while a truck makes donuts in his neighborhood.
“It can take ten, fifteen minutes. My grandchildren sit out here and play. It’s only a matter of time before they hit a wall. “
And Garcia isn’t the only neighbor who’s upset. Jude Santillanes said he couldn’t sleep either.
“I’m very angry, I even want to go out. But like I said, this city is crazy and you don’t want to step on the wrong person or do the wrong things. It’s dangerous out here, ”said Santillanes.
Neighbors say they tried to call the police about the problem. But every time they do, this truck manages to leave before they get there.
