Santa Fe Springs man arrested in sexual assault of woman he met on dating app: Riverside police

A Santa Fe Springs man accused of assaulting a woman he met through a dating app was arrested by the Riverside Police Department, officials said Thursday.

The Department of Sexual Assault / Child Abuse at the ministry learned in early September that a woman had been assaulted by the man, Eduardo “Eddie” Ramon Flores, 34, police said.

Flores met the woman through a dating app, police said, and the attack came after the woman first met Flores in person.

Flores was arrested Friday in Santa Fe Springs and booked into the Robert Presley Detention Center in Riverside.

He was released later that day on bail for $ 55,000.

Detectives believe there could be more casualties in the Riverside and Los Angeles counties and they are encouraged to come forward.
