SIXTO MARTINEZ Obituary (1940 – 2021) – Santa Fe, NM

SIXTO ENEDINO MARTINEZ
Sixto Enedino Martinez, born October 19, 1940 in Santa Fe, New Mexico, was welcomed to his eternal home with the Lord, where he peacefully entered the fulness of God’s eternal love on November 3, 2021.
He was a loving husband, father, grandfather, great grandfather and friend. Sixto always had so much love to give and shared this love with everyone he came into contact with. He opened his heart to everyone and was ready to take you under his wing. His beautiful smile was impressive. Not a day wasted in his life. He was always a happy, helpful, loyal loving father and grandparent. A best friend for many. He got so much out of his life and shared his passion for God with so many. Sixto was a man of strong faith and prayer within the Catholic Church, through prison service since the 1980s, and Bible study at St. Anne’s. Bright and full of joy, laughter and life, he is really missed and always loved.
For the past 53 years, Barbara and Sixto have been the proud and successful owners of Capitol Plumbing Contractors, Inc. Fortunately, he has been blessed with the freedom to pursue his passions. He got so much out of life by giving Jesus Christ and all of his promises to so many through the Word of God. Sixto lives on in all the people he has touched. The legacy he leaves is that of love and generosity.
