Special Procedures for City Council Meeting on November 15, 2021 – City of Albuquerque

Participation: In response to the ongoing health emergency, the city council meeting will take place on Monday, November 15, 2021 at 3 p.m., via zoom video conference.

Watch: Members of the public will have the option to watch the meeting through GOVTV on Comcast Channel 16 or to stream it live on the GOVTV website at https://www.cabq.gov/culturalservices/govtv or on YouTube at https: //. youtu.be/WHqxwyxsnb0. The GOVTV live stream can be accessed from most smartphones, tablets or computers at these addresses.

The video recording of this and all past meetings of the city council will also remain available at all times on the city’s website. Council staff are available online to members of the publicly available pre-recorded Council meetings at any time during normal business hours. Please call 505-768-3100 for assistance.

Audience comment: The agenda for the meeting will be posted on the City Council website at https://cabq.legistar.com/Calendar.aspx on Friday 12 November.

The Council will be accepting general public comments and comments on the specific agenda items of the meeting in oral and written form via this link https://www.cabq.gov/council/find-your-councilor/public-comments by 1:00 p.m. on Monday , 15th of November. When registering, participants have the option of choosing whether they require an interpretation into Spanish.

The Council adopts a general public opinion on the items on the agenda. To provide an oral public comment in real time via Zoom, attendees must register for a public comment using the link above. The written comments are distributed to all council members for review prior to the meeting.
