Sisbarro Wildcat Pep Rally

Sisbarro Chrysler-Dodge-Jeep-RAM in Deming will host a Pep Rally and Free Luncheon for the Deming High School Football Booster Club at noon on Saturday August 20, 2022.

The event will be held at 4211 New Mexico Highway 549 in Deming.

“Sisbarro’s dealership here in Deming has been open since 1995 and we’re proud to support both the Deming and Luna County communities,” said Sydney Williams, General Manager. “We invite parents, coaches, boosters and fans to come out and help us kick off the 2022 high school football season.”

Sports official’s meeting

Silas Wilson, head of officials for the New Mexico Activities Association in Deming, will hold a meeting for all persons interested in becoming an athletic official. The meeting will be at 5 pm on Thursday, July 17, at the EJ Hooten Recreational Complex on South Nickel Street.

You must be at least 16 years of age. Knowledge of sports is not necessary but would be a benefit.

Officials are needed for lower-level games in all sports, excluding soccer. Seventh- and eighth-grade, C-team and junior varsity officials for baseball, football, volleyball, and softball are needed.

Wildcat ticket prices

Ticket prices for all athletic events at Red Mountain Middle School will be adults, $4; and students and senior citizens, $3. Ticket prices for all athletic events at Deming High School will be adults, $6; and students and senior citizens, $4.All tickets must be purchased online atGOFAN.CO and prices reflect a $1 service fee.

All Bataan, Bell, Chaparral, Columbus, Deming Intermediate, Memorial, Ruben S. Torres, My Little School and Central Office staff members who would like a season pass to athletic events, will pay a one-time fee of $10. This pass will get in you to all athletic events at RMMS and DHS, excluding post-season play. All DHS and RMMS staff members who would like a season pass to athletic events, will pay a one-time fee of $5. This pass will get in you to all athletic events at RMMS and DHS, excluding district tournament playoff games.All DHS and RMMS student-athletes can purchase a season pass for a one-time fee of $5. This pass will get them in to all athletic events at RMMS and DHS, excluding district tournament play-off games.Season passes for non-district employees are $60. Season passes for students are $30.Senior citizens (55 and older) will pay a one-time fee of $5 for their pass.

Passes can be purchased at the DHS Athletic/Activities Office located in the Hofacket Building on the DHS campus.
