Halloween is Sunday and Las Cruces has pulled out all the stops to make the holiday special this year. From haunted houses to suitcases or treats, read this guide to help plan your spooky weekend.

Trick or treat / Trunk or Treating in Las Cruces

La Clinica de Familia Trunk or Treat – car show, sweets, vaccines

  • When: 8:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m., October 30th

Trunk or Treat Operation Kidsafe

Do you go trick or treating?

Trick or treat glow sticks available on Sundays

To ensure kids have a safe Halloween, the Las Cruces firefighters are offering free glow sticks on Sundays for kids who are trick or treating.

The glow sticks can be attached to costumes or worn around the wrist. When worn correctly, the glow sticks help to make trick-or-treaters more visible to drivers and homeowners on Halloween evening.

Free glow sticks will be available at Las Cruces 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 and 8 fire stations on October 31st, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., last.

The glow sticks will be available at the following Las Cruces fire stations:

  • Station 1 – 201 E. Picacho Ave.
  • Station 2 – 1199 E. Foster Rd.
  • Station 3 – 390 N. Tal Dr.
  • Station 4 – 2802 E. Missouri Ave.
  • Station 5 – 5998 Bataan Memorial East
  • Ward 6 – 2750 Northrise Dr.
  • Station 8 – 550 N. Sonoma Ranch Blvd.
