There are three weeks left in Oklahoma’s high school football season, so there will be an impact on the week 8 playoffs.

On Friday night, Maurion Horn had 29 carries for 215 yards and two touchdowns, including the winner with 1:07 left, to help the fourth-placed Tigers beat the No. 5 Edmond Santa Fe 47-42 in a showdown in District 6AI-1 Memorial stadium.

Class 6A-II No. 2 Yellowjackets (6-2, 4-1) prevailed with 41-28 at Charles Page High School No. 4 (5-3, 2-3) for sole ownership of the place No. 2 to keep the district Friday night at Memorial Stadium, even though the game was much closer than the final score indicated.
