“A treasure trove of traditional French cuisine in downtown Albuquerque. We really enjoyed this small, intimate French restaurant, its attentive staff and nice clientele. We ate trout almond, finished with the creme brulee and enjoyed glasses of Cabernet & Chardonnay the whole time. If there was a similar restaurant in our hometown, we would certainly be regulars. ”- Tom K.

“With a nice atmosphere, la Madeleine has a cozy café atmosphere that makes me sit down with a book in the corner and order pastries and coffee until I can no longer walk. The coconut cake is a dream. Like every other dessert I’ve tried so far. To top it off, the food is delicious and although I previously thought I couldn’t enjoy French cuisine, this delightful cafe changed my mind. I can barely pronounce and spell my favorite dish, but I’ll say it’s my new favorite sandwich and it’s not even the best dish. Plus, the free bread and jam are so delicious. At reasonable prices, with delicious food through and through, it’s not difficult to fall in love with this place. It’s one of my favorite places. ”- Kayla J.
