FBI NEWS RELEASE

The Albuquerque FBI Division is looking for business, religious, citizen, and community leaders who want an inside look at the FBI while they network and have fun.

Applications for the upcoming FBI Citizens Academy 2022 are currently being accepted.

The program will take place on Wednesday evening, March 2 – April 27, 2022, from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m.

“Citizens Academy is a stimulating 10-session program that gives people from a wide variety of professions and backgrounds an insight into how the FBI works,” said Charge Special Agent Raul Bujanda. “The goal is to provide a diverse group of leaders and professionals with a better understanding of our work and to have them work with us to keep our communities safe.”

The presentation topics will cover counterintelligence, cybersecurity, public corruption, evidence capture team, SWAT, recruitment, and day-to-day operations in a typical FBI office.

Unfortunately, due to lack of space, the program is limited to 30 participants.
