Albuquerque, NM (September 30, 2021) – One person was killed in a pedestrian accident reported on Wednesday evening. In the evening hours of September 29, rescue workers were called to the scene of the accident on Interstate 40.
Agency reports show that a grown man was hit by multiple vehicles on the east facing side of Interstate 40. The incident resulted in delays on the interstate between Carlisle and San Mateo.
The man suffered fatal injuries in the accident. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
The incident is currently under investigation.
