David Michael Fullmer, 77, passed away on Monday, October 11, 2021, at his family home in Rock Springs, Wyoming. He died after a courageous battle with cancer. He has been a resident of Rock Springs and a former resident of Salt Lake City, Utah and Seattle, Washington for the past 48 years.
He was born on May 9, 1944 in Salt Lake City, Utah; the son of David Emerson Fullmer and Elda Parkin.
Mr. Fullmer attended schools in Salt Lake City, Utah and Spokane, Washington. He graduated from Lewis & Clark High School in Spokane, Washington, in 1963. He attended BYU in Provo, Utah.

He has owned and operated Fullmer Construction / Fullmer Trucking LLC for the past 45 years. In his younger years he was the owner of Classic Limousine Service.
Mr. Fullmer loved spending time with family and getting in his truck to drive to work. In his young years he liked to go to rendezvous, racing cars, hunting. Later in life he loved traveling with his family, was an avid fisherman, camping, and seasoned traveler.
Survivors include his partner Candice Arnold of Rock Springs, Wyoming; two sons, Aaron Fullmer and wife Shoni of Rock Springs, Wyoming of Rock Springs, Wyoming; David Fullmer and Mrs. Wenona of Farmington, New Mexico; two daughters; Jennifer Fullmer of Albuquerque, New Mexico; Mandy Küster and husband Ted from Farmington, New Mexico; a bonus daughter Lori Shuley and husband Mike of Grantsville, Utah; a brother, Steven Fullmer and Mrs. Mary of Salt Lake City, Utah; two sisters, Connie Maughan from Kaysville, Utah and Cindy Cordiary from Murray, Utah; 19 grandchildren; expects a great-grandchild soon; as well as several cousins, nieces and nephews.
He is preceded in death by his parents David Emerson Fullmer and his wife Elda and a daughter Robyn.

The memorial service will be held on Monday, October 25, 2021 at 1:00 p.m. at Latter-day Saints Church of Jesus Christ, 1109 Tulip Drive, Rock Springs, Wyoming. Friends can call church from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. The funeral will take place in the Rest Haven Memorial Gardens.
