FBI, APD investigate Albuquerque bank robbery

ALBUQUERQUE, NM (KRQE) – Albuquerque Comic Con organizers are expecting a strong turnout this weekend. The event kicked off Friday at the Convention Center with a sensory opening for guests on the autism spectrum. Organizers say ticket sales for Saturday and Sunday were already strong, with around 50 celebrity guests and 300 vendors in attendance from across the country.

“I love the clone wars, you’ll see a lot of my Star Wars stuff when you get the chance, and then I’ll start doing some gaming stuff too,” said one vendor. “We’re going through some tough times right now, and honestly, I needed to get out of the house and out of the store, get out and just enjoy myself.”
