Albuquerque Police are investigating after a greyhound bus pulled up on a light pole on I-40 and 12th Street late Sunday night. According to the police, there were two people on the bus who had argued physically and verbally. During the dispute, one person aggressively grabbed the steering wheel of the bus, which caused the bus to hit a light pole as it exited I-40, police say. Albuquerque Police say the driver of the bus was seriously injured and is in critical condition in the hospital. The suspect was also taken to hospital with injuries sustained in the crash. Officials say there were a total of 25 people on the bus and that four to six people were transported to a nearby hospital for other non-life-threatening injuries.
