Mr. Joseph A. Torres, loving son, brother, uncle and dear friend went home to be with our Lord on Wednesday July 14th 2022 at the age of 36. He was born in Las Cruces on February 25, 1986 to Dennis and Bertha Torres . Joe who passed away at his home in Hatch was a kind, polite, energetic, and loving man who will be greatly missed. Joseph loved to fish, hunt and run either by himself or with his beloved Labradors. He could always be found outside working on something and was quick to wave and generous to all with his smile.
He is survived by his father G. Dennis Torres and mother Bertha C. Torres, along with his big/little sibling Erica Denise Torres, and spouse KC Flores of Albuquerque, NM. Joe’s death has taken us to dark places, yet we will stick together and protect one another as we try to make sense of this tragic loss. He was very young and had so much life to live, but unfortunately GOD has called him home. We never wish to feel the paralyzing pain that engulfs our bodies, a pain so severe that it makes the simple act of breathing difficult or the guilt that leaves us wondering what could have been different or the struggle to remember the last words we spoke OUR hearts are beyond broken. Joe, it was a privilege to have you in our lives and we will always love you. May you find peace in the arms of God.
