LAS CRUCES – No more driving to El Paso for Burlington – the affordable retail department store will open a location here next year.
Burlington opens in the Lohman Avenue building that used to house Fallas discount stores, which closed in April. Before Fallas, Toys “R” Us lived in the large commercial building next to the Hobby Lobby.

Clothing, beauty, home accessories and numerous other items can be found at Burlington at discounted prices.
According to a Burlington spokesman, the store is slated to open in spring 2022. A more precise date will be announced as the season approaches.
