Las Cruces Doordash customer leaves thank you card

A Las Cruces Doordash driver says he was completely blown away by a customer’s mark of appreciation. John Salinas says he has been driving full-time for Doordash for two years now. “Some days are long without orders and others are busy in a row,” he wrote in a recent Facebook post. Salinas says a customer, Michelle, noticed he’d delivered her home several times and sent him a direct message through the app thanking him for his quick service. But then she went a step further. “The next time I wanted to deliver to her home, there was this blue envelope with a card in it,” he said to KOAT. “Not all deliverers are as great as you, thank you very much! John, I hope you keep picking up our orders … there is no way you can know what a great help this is. – Michelle and Family ”was on the menu and included a tip in addition to what she had given in the app. “I was honestly blown away by the response, from all of the deliveries I’ve made, yours has been the most random kindness I’ve ever received,” said Salinas.
