NM State to Host Benedictine Mesa on Tuesday Night

LAS CRUCES, NM – Looking to bounce back after a pair of losses, the NM State baseball team will play host to Benedictine Mesa on Tuesday night at Presley Askew Field. Brendon Rodriguez wants to get the ball for his first start of the season for NM State.

  • NM State is 4-0 all-time against Benedictine Mesa, including a 2-0 record in 2021. Brandon Dieter homered in both games last season against the Redhawks.
  • This season, Gunner Antillon is hitting .437, which would rank second nationally. Antillon’s .533 on-base percentage would rank fifth nationally.
