Paramedic Job – San Juan Regional Medical Cent

San Juan Regional Medical Center, Emergency Medical Service (EMS) is hiring!

SJRMC EMS is seeking qualified candidates for various full-time positions for Paramedics, Advanced EMT and EMT-Basics to join our growing Hospital based EMS System. SJRMC EMS provides 911 response and non-emergency transports and responds to over 21,000 EMS incidents a year. SJRMC EMS operates from 8 fixed station locations and work 24 and 12 hour shifts with great work/time off cycles. SJRMC EMS operates under the New Mexico expanded scope of practice with advanced protocols and medical direction and, operates under EMD dispatch response guidelines in an integrated and progressive 911 response system. The service area encompasses both rural and urban areas and the coverage area is approximately 5500 square miles with a population of around 120,000.

SJRMC is 194 bed, level III trauma center and operates both rotor and fixed-wing services. SJRMC is located in the heart of the four corners region in Farmington, NM with short access to numerous outdoor activities and locations of interest, including National Parks. San Juan County offers a less than normal cost of living in the region, boasts great school districts including a community college. With the San Juan Mountains visible to the north, the area boasts four seasons, yet has a milder climate with miles of 3 beautiful rivers running through it.
