Four new Noodles & Company restaurants are planned for the next three years in the El Paso and Las Cruces area, the PR firm Konnect Agency said in a press release.
“Most likely, the first location in El Paso will open in the fall of 2022,” said John Ramsay, vice president of franchise sales for Noodles & Company. “However, nothing is final until a site is approved.”
Tsunami Enterprises, LLC is the Santa Fe-based company that will operate the franchises in the Las Cruces-El Paso area, the news release said. Tsunami Enterprises is owned by Carlos Hill, who lives in Las Cruces.
Ramsay said a specific location for the first Noodles & Company in the area has not yet been selected. A search began in August.
“We ideally aim to open a location in Las Cruces in 2023,” said Ramsay.
“I look forward to expanding Noodles & Company’s presence in western Texas and southern New Mexico,” said Hill. “I’ve always been a fan of the brand and their impressive and unique range of global flavors. The Noodles & Company brand caters to a wide range of lifestyles, convenience and nutritional needs, and I believe there are many underserved fans in this area who will be delighted when our new restaurants open. “
Noodles & Company was founded in 1995 and is headquartered in Broomfield, Colorado. The company has 374 company-owned locations in the United States and an additional 77 franchise locations.
